4 ounces fresh lump crabmeat
1/4 cup sriracha mayonnaise (or traditional if you prefer)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Pinch lemon zest
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Organic cooking oil spray
STEP ONE: MIX AND BAKE
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spray the mini-mun pan with cooking oil. Fill each muffin cup about three quarters full with crab mix and press lightly to make sure it stays together. Bake crab cakes at 350 °F for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before lifting carefully out of the pan with a fork.
